I was born and raised in Göttingen, Germany where I studied Library and Information Science and met my husband, William. Together we have seen much of the world, have been stationed in Kansas, Hawaii, Germany, Texas and Oklahoma. We have rented, leased, built, purchased and sold homes for ourselves along the way. While in Hawaii, I worked as a real estate floor coordinator, answering phones and setting up property showings. Through these early beginnings I grew passionately fond of real estate and this passion carried over to my pursuit of a real estate license with Coldwell Banker when we returned to Lawton, OK in 2005. I have two wonderful sons, who recently graduated with engineering degrees from OU. My husband retired from the US Army and is now employed as a civil servant at Ft. Sill.
My passion for real estate is bound first and foremost by the idea of helping others achieve the American dream of homeownership. Along the way I have come to embrace some additional critical aspects that keep me motivated and engaged every day. A few simple ideas that my husband and I often found lacking in our own personal real estate dealings were PIES: PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY, EXPERTISE and SERVICE. Often in our pursuit of that particular piece of PIE we came away from a potential transaction less than satisfied.
I decided that I would be that piece of PIE for someone and vowed to make a difference in real estate. I recognized a real need for someone with real experience from repeated moves, who fundamentally understood what others need and expect of them, knows the military experience from a firsthand perspective and simply wants to help others achieve their real estate goals whether they are buying, selling or renting property.
My education and experience helps me locate homes that match a particular set of search criteria, quickly and effortlessly. I stay on top of market trends and developments and never stop learning. In 2009 I got my real estate Broker’s license which further sets me apart from my competition.
I pursue every real estate transaction like it is my very own and treat every client as if they were a member of my own family. I take great pride in serving those who serve.
